Tracy Derr has over 25 years of experience working with executive clients to understand the driving forces behind large-scale transformations. His focus on identifying customer motivations and adapting solutions to meet those needs has led to a career full of successful engagements. He has found that positive customer experiences hinges on ones ability to understand and empathize the customer, at every step throughout their journey.
Tracy started his career in consulting, delivering solutions to complex challenges. Always thinking about the next big thing, Tracy saw an opportunity to disrupt the off-shore model by developing and building a software delivery business mainly comprised of college student looking to gain real life experiences while in school. The goal was ultimately to funnel this talent, upon graduation, to top corporations. After parting from this venture, Tracy went on to lead the national delivery and sales capabilities at Neudesic working with executives from the east coast to the west coast. Today, Tracy is at Slalom, where he was challenged to rebuild the business development from the ground up and is currently seeing the rewards of this ambitious endeavor. In addition today, Tracy is also in a sales advisory capacity for Slalom's South Central region. |
