Based in Austin Texas, Tim Volking is the Director of UCaaS Advanced Support and Services for Mitel, a market leader in UC and UCaaS products and services.  He has over 20 years in the communication technology space providing consultation, support and delivery of technical solutions.

Over his 12-year tenure at Mitel, he has built and led technical teams that craft Customer Experience roadmaps for clients by leveraging technology with an intense focus in the call center space.  Additionally, these teams have developed customized solutions to meet clients CX requirements by incorporating complementary technologies such as Chat, Chat bots, AI, Mobile Apps, and IoT.

Tim is passionate about how technology shapes and supports the customer experience, by melding user-centered innovation, technical insight, and systems thinking into new and exciting solutions.
