Sheneice M. Hughes is currently the Assistant Director at Dallas Love Field Airport overseeing Administration & Customer Engagement. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Public Relations from Grambling State University, and a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. 

She has been with the City of Dallas for nearly 21 years working in the Civil Service Department, Mayor City Council, City Manager's Office and now Aviation. She is also an adjunct professor at Tarrant County College.
