Shantel Love is the US Director of Sales for Pearson Clinical Assessments. Shantel brings 12+ years of corporate experience which includes, business development, sales, sales operations, forecasting, customer support, customer experience, and consulting. Shantel has a track record of success known for delivering and sustaining revenue and profit gains within highly competitive markets. Shantel is very passionate about building teams and developing people to become the next generation of leaders. This is evident as her volunteer interest are centered around working with young professional and she particularly enjoys working closely with the organization FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America).
Shantel is a requested speaker and has been asked to speak at various sales conferences and summits. Moreover, Shantel keeps data analytic and data storytelling at the core, while marrying her consultative sales style, strong strategic planning skills, customer centric culture focus, exceptional problem-solving abilities, change management experience, and a keen client needs assessment aptitude to add in a transformative customer experience. Prior to joining Pearson, Shantel was a part of the leadership team at Comcast. While at Comcast she contributed to the rebranding and customer experience project "Xfinity", which was focused on creating an enhanced customer/ user experience. She played an integral role in customer retention, restructuring, and brand revamping. Shantel holds an MBA from University of Saint Thomas and a Bachelors in Business from Grambling State University. |
