Shanika Ofori is the Global Director of Sales Operations and Business Development for Conectys. Conectys is an award-winning provider of Outsourcing services headquartered in Bucharest, Romania with 10 strategic locations in the US, APAC, and EU in which Shanika oversees Business Development and Sales Operations across all geographies.
Shanika has close to 20 years of leadership experience across multiple industries and verticals with a concentration in leading domestic and international Call Center Operations, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Business Development, Program and Project Management and architecting CX Solutions for clients looking to improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), customer journey, grow and scale, core competency focus, gain strategic partners, transform their operations, and improve technology stacks. Her experience also includes international Project Management, Process Improvement, and designing and deploying processes all over the world. Prior to joining Conectys in 2017, Shanika was the Director of Solution Architecture and Project Implementation for a Global BPO for LATAM and NA serving Fortune 100 clients and worked as a Consultant for a global consultant firm for treasury audits and risk mitigation for Chase and Capital One. Shanika is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and mentors other project managers as well as business leaders. |
