Ryan Duffee is a U.S. Army Veteran who currently serves as the Human Resources and Safety Manager for A-Lert Roof and Building Systems, one of the nation's top 10 manufacturers and installers of commercial metal buildings and standing seam metal roof systems. In his role, he is responsible for all customer and employee engagement, full-cycle recruitment, training, internal process improvement strategy, and employee professional development.
In 2017, Ryan founded the Ultimate Athlete Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping at-risk youth ages 7-17 in education, health, leadership, and life skill development with the overall purpose of identifying and pursuing their life calling. The Ultimate Athlete Foundation currently serves the greater San Antonio area. From 2000 – 2013, Ryan proudly served the United States in military and civil service capacities, beginning his career as a Military Police Officer followed by nine years in healthcare administration and wounded warrior transition care. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Business Management from Wayland Baptist University and a Master's of Science in Exercise Science, focusing on human performance and fitness from Liberty University and will begin his Doctorate of Strategic Leadership program in Summer 2021. Ryan is also an ordained Christian minister, published poet, and aspiring author who has a passion for bringing divine purpose and biblical principles into everyday business practices. |
