Ricardo Pina serves as the Director of Performance Management for Amynta’s Warranty Business.  With over 30 years of operational experience in Customer Service, Ric has performed in many roles across various industries with each role directly impacting the customer experience, from handling inquiries and escalations to auditing and measuring the customer experience enabling Ric and his team of trainers and instructional designers to build learning programs and training content focused on enhancing the customer’s experience. 

​Ric has implemented a number of CX programs with measurable success in call centers around the world, including, United States, India, Philippines, Mexico, England, Australia, and Colombia.  He has launched customer focused programs for companies in industries that include Telecommunications and Wireless Communications, Financial Lending institutions, Multi-Level Marketing, Skincare, Health & Wellness, and Insurance/Warranty organizations.
