Prasan Vyas has been in the IT-industry for over 25 years, specializing in the CRM/CX space. Having essayed hands-on Consulting roles for many Fortune 500 clients in Salesforce.com technologies, he has wide experience in and visibility to the CRM/CX processes across many Verticals. An avid sports and music enthusiast and a keen quizzer, he is also a voracious reader, and divides his time between family and in mentoring people for next generation leadership roles.
