Nathan Watts is the Director of Customer Operations at Penske Logistics.  With 19 years of experience in transportation and logistics, Nathan has a commitment to finding solutions to customer issues that drive bottom line impact to their business.

Nathan has increased operational efficiencies in companies ranging from start-up operations to Fortune 500 organizations.  He has also successfully overseen multiple turnarounds and launched new business segments.

Prior to joining Penske Logistics, Nathan was the Director of Operations for Lone Star Overnight where he focused on people development, sales, and transforming the business.  Nathan held numerous leadership roles at FedEx Ground prior to that.
