After spending over a decade on 3 continents working in project management on multi-billion oil & gas construction projects with ExxonMobil and Chevron, Monty decided to return to the U.S. to put his skills to work building branch offices focused on being “The Ritz-Carlton of the mortgage industry”. Monty personally learned from the founder of The Ritz-Carlton how to deliver excellence first to his team and then, in turn, to every client and partner.
Monty set a vision for his team to serve every client as if they were a high-level executive and established 11 service standards to demonstrate this. |
