"I am successful when you are successful" has been the driving motivation behind Mick's more than 20 years in leadership, management and consultative roles. His career spans diverse verticals including commercial real estate, insurance, health & wellness, public policy, and tech.
Mick enjoys focusing on building deep and meaningful professional relationships, seeking operational excellence, and business development. Mick also continues his passion to provide leadership development consultation services for emerging and leaders. To help emerging leaders be successful, in collaboration with many colleagues and friends I have developed the Love, Lead Institute (LLI), focused on leadership development for emerging leaders. This is an intentional, intensive, intrusive, individual leadership development journey. The approach results in participants leaving with a clear understanding of their unique leadership approach, character traits, skills, and attributes which will positively impact them for the rest of their career. |
