I'm the Director of Business Operations at Rodan + Fields the #1 Premium Skincare brand in North America. I lead a team responsible for the experience our Contact Centers provide to our independent contractors and their customers. Enabling and empowering our Customer Care department through innovative technology is one of my key responsibilities.

I'm the business owner of all the Contact Center technology tools that power both our internal Customer Care teams as well as the Customer support tools such as Chat, Web Forms and phones systems. I'm responsible for the technology roadmap to ensure we are delivering a digital experience that our customers expect.

I'm a data driven leader that values and understands the power of Customer Experience.
