For almost 20 years I have been working in the Call Center Customer Service industry in various departments and various positions. I have contributed to process improvements, Quality Assurance programs, Training, System Conversion and overall Customer Satisfaction.
Most recently in the Credit Authorization Department as the Senior Manager. During this time I implemented a Quality Assurance Program for both online and offline workload. I developed written processes to help internal and external customers. |
