Megan McGinnis is the President and Founder of Eucalyptus Real Estate.  The company was founded in 2012 and operates properties in 4 cities in Oklahoma and Kansas and has grown tremendously since 2012. Currently, the company manages 10,000 multifamily units and 100,000 square feet of office space. 

​Megan is a graduate of the Wharton undergraduate program at the University of Pennsylvania and has her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Yale School of Management (SOM).
