Marvin Crues is the Senior Director of Global Customer Support for Q2. Q2 has been designing and delivering software that creates meaningful financial experiences and supports lasting customer relationships. He has over 20 years of Global Customer Care Center leadership experience in various departments including logistics, tech support, engineering, customer service, financial fraud, vendor operations and inbound/outbound sales.
In addition to proudly serving in the United States Airforce, prior to Q2 Marvin led customer care teams for Wayfair, Metromile, Electronic Arts, Wincor-Nixdorf, Nielsen and Sears. |
