Mark Sammons strongly believes that customer experience has become the most powerful differentiator in business success; that we are in the age of the customer, empowered with ubiquitous information provided by social media and other internet sources.  He has 25 years of experience beginning with Dell where Mark pioneered a customer-first culture in several international outsource call centers. 

Mark has since built on that experience by leading multiple departments and consulting business owners and leaders to combine data-driven decisions to improve customer experience, profitability, loyalty, and technology.  Mark earned his BBA at LeTourneau University and is completing his MBA at Louisiana State University.
