Mark Flynn is a customer experience strategy advisor with 12+ years of military and medical device operations, sales, and marketing leadership experience. His professional work focuses on people development, sales and marketing strategy, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategy.
As a Senior Sales Manager & Texas Area Lead at Johnson & Johnson Medical Device Companies, he develops and executes sales and customer engagement strategy, sales enablement, and cross functional collaboration to meet customer and patient’s needs. He’s a passionate talent development leader, and the Texas lead for J&J’s Veteran’s Leadership Council as well as a member of J&J’s Women’s Inclusion Initiative and the African Ancestry Leadership Council. Prior to joining J&J, Mark spent 4+ years in the U.S. Navy where he served as Gunnery Officer of a guided missile cruiser and Navigator of an amphibious warship. Mark is a graduate of Boston University, Pardee School of International Relations (B.A., 2008) and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School (M.B.A., 2018). His passions outside of work include mentorship of junior military officers, sports, travel, and music. He lives in Dallas with his wife, Magdalena, and their 2-year old daughter, Naomi. |
