LeighAnn has led customer-centric operations, sales and CX programs in real estate, consulting, and retail industries for 15+ years. Focused on customer retention and expansion, LeighAnn has designed, implemented and managed customer experience programs across business and field organizations to deliver sales growth and long-term business relationships.
Currently the Managing Principal of Operations at TandemCRE, LeighAnn is focused on launching a brokerage firm underpinned by customer experience, streamlining the transactional process and utilizing data driven insights to educate customer decisions. Former roles include Global Head of Transition and Governance at a global real estate firm, managing the outsourcing of real estate functions to deliver CX and performance objectives. In this role, LeighAnn worked with several Fortune 500 companies in a change management capacity to represent the voice of the customer and to ensure business plan alignment. Prior, LeighAnn served as a leader of Michaels Stores Inc. custom business division, managing field service and selling programs, CX training, and new store location development. |
