Kyle, a 12 year Cisco veteran, is a dedicated Customer Success practitioner and evangelist with proven expertise in building an operation designed for quality and scale; including high touch, low touch, digital only and partner-led motions. Implementing a results-driven approach centered on operational excellence and by building a team of high performing, customer-obsessed resources, he’s successfully influenced customer lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and health score growth.
He enjoys building a culture of excellence, loyalty and dedication to driving results in an authentic, trustworthy way. His success as a leader is derived from the collaborative results his peers, his teams, his customers and his stakeholders have achieved together to build a business that is impactful, meaningful and relevant. Kyle earned a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters Degree from Fordham University in New York City and resides in Austin, TX with his wife, Jill, and their three children. He enjoys traveling with his friends and family and most recently has found a passion for practicing yoga. |
