Kyle is responsible for the Operations HR Business Partner portfolio at Southwest Airlines. He leads a team of 25 resources that serve as Chief People Officers for internal customer groups. 

He also provides counsel to the Chief Operating Officer, and Executive VP of Daily Operations, on Human Resource related activities related to: workforce management, annual performance, functional organization design planning, and compensation administration.
