Kevin Brown is an analytical and data-driven sales leader with more than 15 years of experience in sales team management and 20+ years driving profitable revenue production at companies including Dell, IBM, Newgistics, Oracle and Pitney Bowes.
Having risen from Sales Representative into increasingly progressive roles, including Senior Sales Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Product Development and, ultimately, Vice President of Sales & Business Development, Mr. Brown is keenly aware of both the challenges facing retail companies today as well as the strategy necessary to succeed in competitive environments.
Currently, as the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Pitney Bowes, Kevin Brown leads sales unit and team for the full suite of technology-driven fulfilment, delivery and returns solutions for e-commerce retailers across the entire Northeast region. He works closely with executive leaders and key influencers to clearly define a customer’s needs and pain points before developing innovative solutions that drive customer success.
Kevin Brown has significant startup experience as well, playing critical roles in the development of Newgistics from an early-stage $25M startup with 47 employees to a full-service provider of end-to-end commerce solutions with more than 250 employees and over $350M in revenue. Starting as a Sales Executive/Channel Manager and progressing to Director of Marketing and Director of Product Management.
Further, Mr. Brown is considered an industry thought leader and active participant in industry panels, conferences and events as well as publishing numerous articles in leading trade publications, blogs, collateral and white papers.
