Kendall Simpson is the National Property Success Manager for Smart City Apartment Locating. Smart City is a startup based in Dallas Texas that has an obsession with client experience. Our mission is to be the most trusted, the most referred and the most utilized locator in the United States.

Kendall consults and provides leasing solutions to our property partners to increase occupancy and maintain client expectations. She also works closely with the Marketing team to create unique and innovative strategies to reach clients and property partners 

Kendall has an M.B.A from Texas Woman's University and a B.A. from University of Oklahoma in Marketing.
