I'm a Client Success Manager at Watermark, where I work with our Strategic Clients. I work with clients to scope projects, understand goals, and ensure success. Prior to joining Watermark, I worked in higher education for 9 years. Most recently, I working in Institutional Effectiveness at Texas Southern University and at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

Prior to working in Houston, I completed my PhD at the University of Tennessee, where I taught and researched Organizational Communication. I am passionate about improving higher education, and I am excited to continue working with education through this advisory board role.
