My name is Joseph Evans and I am the Director of Customer Success for TNW Corporation (TNW), a transportation logistics company that specializes in short line railroading. My responsibilities include overseeing TNW’s customer service, IT and revenue protection departments. Customer success for me is not a job, but is a mindset that I carry with me in and out of the office, since everyone that I come into contact with has the potential of being a customer.
I have been in the rail industry for seventeen years, and my wife and I reside in the North Dallas area with our four children. |
