Jim is the Senior Vice President of Product at Hearst Media Platforms, a division of Hearst Digital Media.  In this role Jim is responsible for leading the team building a customer focused digital experience platform inclusive of identity, payments, commerce, BI / analytics and a data driven marketing ecosystem. 

Jim has led customer focused product management organizations for more than 15 years inclusive of stints at Dell and Acxiom.
