Jim is a graduate of West Point and has a diverse background related to Customer Experience. As an Army Officer in Iraq, he learned invaluable lessons of "winning hearts and minds" of his customers. Later, Jim worked for a firm that helped Veterans find civilian employment and then founded a nonprofit restaurant before getting hired at Goodwill, the nation's oldest and largest social enterprise nonprofit. Goodwill's retail operation supports its nonprofit mission of providing jobs and job training to people who face barriers to employment.
