At Verizon he led the Verizon Experience store, a first of its kind store model that blended teams from both Verizon Wireless and Verizon Communications to deliver the most robust and unique experience for Verizon customers.

JD has spent almost 20 years leading sales and operations teams in the wireless telecom sector. His time with Verizon, Sprint, AT&T and ViaOne Services has allowed him escalating responsibilities and influence over the direction of growing new concepts and start-up brands.

His passion is taking new concepts and ideas and working with high-motor individuals to find new and innovative ways to surprise and delight our customers. That love of new and unique challenges is what has led him to be recruited by numerous telecoms to help foster and grow new brands.
