Jason D. Majewski is the Sr. Manager – Railroad Practices, FELA Claims Leader and Railroad Subject Matter Expert for Sedgwick, Claims Management Services. Jason has expertise with matters involving FELA, FRA, CFR, OSHA, Jones Act, Risk Management, Workers’ Compensation, PD/BI and General Liability.
Jason brings a lengthy risk management, investigations, safety and case management background, including claim and litigation management, civil and criminal investigations, subrogation collections, team leadership and loss mitigation strategy / consulting. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin in Pre-law, with a concentration in behavior pattern analysis. He has previously held POST certification in Tennessee and Wisconsin, and Life & Health, Series 6 & 63 licenses. Jason is certified in crisis intervention, catastrophic response and negotiation tactics. |
