Erin Arnold is a HealthTrust Clinical Resource Director who oversees the Surgical Value Analysis Program at Steward Health Care. She is an OR nurse by training and has experience in multiple service lines. Prior to joining Steward Health, Erin held education and management roles at Indiana University Health and Scripps Health. She earned a BSN from the University of Indianapolis and an MSN from Western Governors University and has been a Certified Nurse in the Operating Room since 2010.

​Erin currently serves as the Membership Committee Chair for the Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals.  She also is a volunteer for the Mercy Outreach Surgical Team (MOST) which provides surgical care to underserved patients in Mexico.
