Doug is currently the Sr. Director and Head of Inside Sales for Natera. supporting both field based and inside led sales organizations across Natera’s business units. With over two decades of inside sales experience, Doug has been a senior leader in Go-to-Market Implementations, Sales Education and Development, and Program Implementation for influential companies in the Health & Fitness, Technology and Office Supplies industries focused on business to business sales. Mr. Roldan specializes in understanding market profiles and needs that provide him the opportunity to work with front line customers up to C-level execs.
He has demonstrated success in new business development, organizational structure development, sales improvement processes, new market penetration and B2B & B2C sales growth initiatives. Mr. Roldan is a respected advisor and leader to cross-functional teams and within his community. He’s been recognized in every organization he has served in for his focused leadership, impact to company culture, and collaborative efforts. When he is not working, Doug enjoys being a foodie, landscaping, exercising, and serving in his church. He lives in Pflugerville, TX with his wife Sarah and his three younger boys Nathan, Nolan and Nicolas while his eldest son Travis, is grown up and coaching high school football. |
