For over 30 years, Denise has been delivering results for organizations by leveraging people and processes to deliver world-class customer experiences. In her current role at Interstate Batteries, Denise is responsible for creating a CX strategy by developing sustainable programs and processes for both internal and external customers.
Prior to Interstate Batteries, Denise had roles at Starbucks Coffee Company and FASTSIGNS, International spanning leadership and business consulting, business development, HR, and leading operation teams. The common thread throughout her career is the belief that there is a solid connection between the customer experience and the employee experience. Promoting a culture that empowers employees, fosters decision making, and involves collaboration builds high performing teams. This belief has driven Denise to pursue Master Certifications in Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, and Business Strategy from Villanova University. Denise is an active community volunteer and mentor’s young professional women through their career journey. |
