Deepali is a seasoned executive with ~20 years of experience in consulting and operations across consumer finance and healthcare industry. Over the years she has led various roles in strategy, operation and transformation to drive performance, growth and efficiency.
In her current role as Vice President at Conifer she has P&L responsibility for patient services where she has oversight of marketing, financial clearance and patient scheduling among other functions and leads one of the nation's largest workforce of patient access representatives. As part of her role she is also leading digital transformation for patient services. Prior to joining Conifer, Deepali was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company. There she spent more than seven years advising payers, providers, private equity companies and healthcare tech companies on the strategies to achieve growth and improve performance. Deepali has also held various leadership roles with R1 where she helped multiple providers streamline their Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function. She also ran back-end shared service operations and analytics for RCM. Before R1, Deepali was in the analytics division in consumer finance business of General Electric focused on driving retention strategies and customer success. She is very passionate about engaging the end consumer and actively participates in writing articles, moderating, participating and interacting with industry leaders on these topics.
Deepali completed her graduation and masters in economics from Delhi University and her M.B.A. in general management from Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth). She is an active member of various community initiatives including formally and informally coaching professional women. She also enjoys going on long walks, spending time with her family including 3 young children.
