As a Senior Team Manager within Charles Schwab's Centralized Planning Group, I lead and coach a team of Financial Planners focused on helping our clients achieve their most important family and financial goals. We do this by providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management, leveraging the wide array resources available to us at Schwab.

My role is to:
1. Provide coaching and support to a team of financial planners to grow their wealth management capabilities.
2. Partner with the branches in our region to provide financial planning expertise and scale to their wealth management practices.
3. Partner with various internal project/technology teams to prioritize and remove roadblocks for our planners and improve the client experience.
