As President of Xplor Italia he contributed as Consultant of the Italian Postal Regulatory Authority, in making main amendments to the Italian law on the Postal Sector Liberalization.

Chairman at International Hybrid Mail Coalition (the international coalition of Hybrid Mail Operators 2011/2016). The IHMC was established to present a project at the Universal Postal Union( UN Agency) in Bern. The project has been accepted by the UPU’s International Bureau as part of the strategic development plans for the cycle 2013/2016 and listed into the chapter “disruptive postal innovation”. As Chairman of the IHMC I had a chair at the DotPost Development Group and at the Consultative Committee
