Cynthia is the City Librarian for the City of Southlake. She has a BS in Biology and an MLS in Library Science. She spent her early career as an environmental scientist before joining the Library in 2009. Her strengths are in public speaking, marketing and communication, designing customer experiences, and team development. She loves writing and her favorite books are nonfiction and mysteries.
