A graduate of The Ohio State University, I have spent 28 years in the material handling industry beginning with positions ranging from inside support sales to field and leadership roles. These experiences provided the opportunity to work alongside clients ranging from start ups to some of the largest retailers and distributors in the world.
The second half of my career has been focused on leading the operational side of the business - running single site locations, opening up new facilities and managing regions. My focus is always targeted on fulfilling the customer promises and obligations while creating synergy between all of the internal departments. My mentors and professional experiences have taught the importance of the customer voice and listening to their needs and expectations. It is critical, in any aspect of business, that this voice is the baseline to any strategy. |
