Chris Counts, Director of Operations at National Infusion Center Association, has over 30 years of experience in both for profit and non-profit organizations.  Developing and maintaining a culture of customer satisfaction for both the internal and external customers has defined Chris’ career. Having experience in a variety of business environments, including retail, wholesale, call center and currently non-profit gives Chris a unique perspective and ability to understand the importance of the customer experience from all angles.  Chris has excelled as both a hands-on manager and executive.  

Chris has been married for 34 years and he and his wife live in Georgetown, Texas.
