Bryan serves as Director of Preconstruction for Ryan Companies, a national real estate developer and design-builder. Trained as an architect and experienced in general contracting and HVAC systems, he helps lead pre-development and preconstruction services, including conceptual budgeting, design management, estimating, constructability, and entitlement/schedule reviews.

In his role he deals with both internal and external customers, from internal Ryan developers trying to find their next site for a building, or external clients such as Amazon or H-E-B, budgeting and managing design on their next major project. His goal is to identify design and system issues in the preconstruction phase to reduce back end construction change orders and schedule delays, guaranteeing the highest level of efficiency and the greatest value for the customer.

Bryan has been in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry for 10+ years, and been in the Austin area for 8 years. He holds both a Master's degree and B.S. in Architecture from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.  He currently resides just outside Austin in Spicewood with his wife and two pups.
