Brian Gill, MSW, MBA

Brian Gill was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Millwood Hospital in June 2019.  Immediately before joining Millwood Hospital, Brian was the Chief Administrative Officer for Saint Thomas Stones River Hospital in Woodbury, TN and the Vice President of Behavioral Health for Saint Thomas Health.  He has held a variety of executive level healthcare and social service agency positions in Washington, Arizona and Nevada during his career.  

Brian was awarded his Masters of Social Work degree from Walla Walla University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and Tennessee.   He later obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.  Brian’s clinical experience includes crisis intervention, outpatient and inpatient behavioral health treatment, tele-behavioral health services, and the integration of behavioral health services in the acute care and primary care settings.  He has an interest in Lean Management and High Reliability Organizational models.
