Brandon Stein is a customer experience strategy advisor with over 12+ years of consulting, software start-up, technology and industry experience. His professional work has focused on strategy, operations and digital enablement to drive sales, marketing and customer engagement strategy.
In his current role with Salesforce, he focuses on customer strategy, sales enablement and digital transformation to help organizations better prepare and respond to changing customer expectations. He's currently responsible for customer strategy, enablement and success of the firm's commercial and enterprise customer portfolio across Texas. His day-to-day focus helps organizations plan, invest and articulate a digital transformation strategy with a focus on execution, team alignment and return on investment strategies. Brandon is a graduate of Northwestern University (B.A., 2006) and The University of Texas at Austin (M.B.A., 2011) and is thrilled to be working in his hometown of Houston to focus on strategic technology, consumer, media and entertainment engagements. His passions outside of work include serving on the boards of the Jewish Federation Venture Philanthropy Fund and the Northwestern Club of Houston. He enjoys sports, musical theater and performing magic through a variety of community initiatives. He lives in Houston with his wife, Emily and 3 year old daughter, Adah. |
