With a proven track record of over 30 years in the contact center environment, he has broad experience across industries, insurance, entertainment, telecom, healthcare and merchandising, and has led diverse workforces, both on-shore and off-shore, across multiple locations. Coupled with an extensive knowledge of call center technology the skillset result in maximum productivity and profitability. Bradley holds a BSBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri–Columbia. |
