In June of 2020, Bob joined Commerce Bank in Dallas to build the bank’s market presence in Texas.
Prior to joining Commerce, he spent over 11 years with PNC Bank’s Corporate & Institutional team in various U.S. markets. His career began in the D.C. corridor after PNC made three acquisitions, National City Bank, Riggs Bank and Mercantile Bank. In 2012, Bob moved to Atlanta when PNC acquired the U.S. operations of the Royal Bank of Canada, where he focused on integration and brand presence in Georgia. In 2015, he was asked to run a portfolio of public/private corporate clients in PNC’s headquarters market, moving back to his hometown of Pittsburgh. In mid-2017, PNC expanded its presence into Texas leading to Bob moving with his family to Dallas. He graduated from the Georgetown University, receiving degrees in Finance and Theology. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife (Gayle) & two daughters (Stella & Evangeline) and two dogs, reading, and being outdoors. |
