Anita Petersen has over 15 years in Call Center Customer Service Management.  Her largest area of expertise is in student loan default prevention and collection.  She proudly works for Trellis Company, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation with the dual mission of helping student borrowers successfully repay their education loans and promoting access and success in higher education.  

She lives in Austin and enjoys traveling, festivals and volunteering.
