Andrea has over 20 years of experience in hospitality in areas of talent acquisition, training / L&D, sales & marketing, event planning, and strategic project management with brands such as Wyndham, Hilton, and Omni Hotels & Resorts. She has proven experience in driving sales results, managing successful teams, leading learning & development strategies, and deploying branding initiatives. Andrea’s passion is helping people be their best and use their talents to achieve results through training, innovation, and the implementation of technology.
After her ten-year tenure leading Training, Recognition, & Sales Development for Omni Hotels & Resorts, Andrea joined the #1 innovative training organization, SalesBoost, LLC, in May of 2017. Andrea’s role at SalesBoost has many tiers from leading the Sales & Customer Experience Team and the Content & Creative Team to oversee the design and deployment of active learning courses as well as leading SalesBoost’s marketing, digital, and partnership strategies.
