Abisọla (Bisọla) Santos Ph.D.: Bisọla received a Doctoral degree in Education, with a focus on Organizational Leadership, from the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW) in San Antonio Texas.
Bisọla born and raised in Ìbàdàn, Nigeria and received her bachelors in Physiotherapy from University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria in 1991. In 1993, she moved to Lansing, Michigan and in 2004 she completed her Masters degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University. Bisọla has over 25 years’ experience in the Healthcare industry, including home care, outpatient, skilled nursing (both independent and hospital based), and hospital acute care. She is currently the Director for Rehabilitation and Therapy Services at Metropolitan Methodist Hospital, where she leads a team of healthcare providers (across 3 generations and 8 ethnic backgrounds). Bisọla serves on the PTA advisory board of a Community College in San Antonio, Texas. Bisọla was Director of the Nurse Mentoring Program of a Hospital in San Antonio. In her free time, Bisọla enjoys driving to pray and “blow away the cobwebs”, watching movies and playing the piano & clarinet. |
